I am the owner/director of Giant Media and really knew I was going to be a graphic designer from an early age. All my work experience when I was younger were at graphic design firms, and from there I started working as a junior designer/screen-printer with a local firm.

Showing my age, we designed and created everything back then by hand (before computers). From cutting ruby to shooting hand drawn and inked designs, it really gave me a solid hands-on approach to graphic design.

From there, when I used the first graphic programs on computers I was hooked and ended up completing study in multimedia and  technology and working for a web design company for over 5 years before starting Giant Media.

With design I love the challenge that comes from meeting with a client, going through a brief and exceeding their expectations.

I like the progression in design and the freshness that different young movements have on the graphic world from the skate scene to the surf, snow and band scenes, they are always evolving and staying one step ahead and I think from a design point of view it’s great to keep in tune with the times and not let your work get dated.
